Areas of Responsibility

• Carrying out inspections on fleet vehicles

• Checking and replacing mechanical and electrical components

• Tire and wheel service: changing, mounting, and balancing

• Performing routine maintenance (e.g. fluid changes, lubrication of parts)

• Planning future maintenance measures and advising drivers on optimal vehicle use

• Repairing or replacing defective/non-functional parts and resolving issues (e.g. leaks)

• Preparing precise cost estimates including time and labor requirements for repair or maintenance work

• Documenting all completed work and identified issues

• Maintenance and care of tools and equipment used

• No assembly or disassembly of engines and gearboxes

Job Requirements

• Completed training as a car mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing

• Experience with modern diagnostic devices and testing tools

• Confident handling of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems

• Good knowledge of tire and wheel service (changing, mounting, balancing)

• Understanding of maintenance plans and preventive servicing

• Manual dexterity, precise working style, and technical understanding

• Independent and reliable way of working

• Team spirit and strong communication skills (e.g. when advising drivers)

• Valid category B driving license required

• Završena obuka kao automehaničar, auto-mehatroničar ili slična kvalifikacija

• Temeljno znanje u održavanju, popravci i servisiranju vozila

• Iskustvo u radu sa savremenim dijagnostičkim uređajima i alatima za ispitivanje

• Sigurno rukovanje mehaničkim i električnim sistemima vozila

• Dobro poznavanje servisa guma i točkova (zamjena, montaža, balansiranje)

• Razumijevanje planova održavanja i preventivnog servisiranja

• Ručna spretnost, precizan način rada i tehničko razumijevanje

• Samostalan i pouzdan radni stil

• Sposobnost timskog rada i komunikacije (npr. pri savjetovanju vozača)

• Potrebna vozačka dozvola B kategorije
